Stuffed Potatoes with Plant-based strips

They are also very easy to prepare and in just 30 minutes you will have your meal ready.


Here we go!


INGREDIENTS:

3 potatoes
Olive oil
3 mushrooms
1/2 onion
1 packet of RealVegy plant-based strips

PREPARATION:

We will start by washing and cutting a slit in the top of the potato, in a V-shape.
Now, in a large pot, we cook the potatoes until they are easily pierced with a fork -about 15 minutes, although it depends on the size of the potato-.
On the other hand, we finely chop the onion and mushrooms. Sauté them in a pan with olive oil, along with the vegetable strips.
Fill the potatoes with the sautéed mixture, brush the potato with a little olive oil and put it in the air fryer at 130º for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove the potato and now add a generous layer of vegan mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and parsley.

And ready to eat! Remember to serve it hot and with the vegan mayonnaise cold.
