Made with the authentic French recipe, our vegetable parmentier consists of a vegetable meat base of pea protein with mashed potatoes.
Crushed tomato (tomato, citric acid), water, potato flakes, pea protein, onion, carrot, peas, garlic, olive oil, spices, salt, sugar, red beet, vinegar powder.
Slightly open the film or perforate it. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute at maximum power. Remove the film.
