INGREDIENTS

 Water, cooked rice, wet texturized pea protein, crushed tomato (tomato, salt and citric acid), onion, olive oil, red bell pepper, garlic, spice extract, potato starch, nutritional yeast, salt, spices, whole cane brown sugar, thickener (guar gum).

PREPARATION

Slightly open the film or perforate it. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute at maximum power. Remove the film.
