Water, cooked rice, red kidney beans, crushed tomato (tomato, salt, citric acid), chopped tomato, onion, textured pea protein, olive oil, spice extract, garlic, nutritional yeast, spices, natural flavor, salt, whole cane brown sugar, beet red, thickener (guar gum).

PREPARATION

Slightly open the film or perforate it. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute at maximum power. Remove the film.
