INGREDIENTS

Water, cooked potato, onion, crushed tomato (tomato, salt, citric acid), olive oil, potato starch, textured pea protein, garlic, carrot, beet, spice extract, nutritional yeast, pea, spices, inulin, salt, natural flavors, methyl cellulose, vegetable fiber, pea fiber, thickener (guar gum).

PREPARATION

Consume cold or hot cook 2 minutes over medium heat, with a little oil or in the microwave for 1 minute.
