What is the difference between vegan and vegetarian diets?

Human beings are omnivorous by nature, however, thanks to the development of industry and various changes in our lifestyle we can freely choose the type of food we want to eat.

2.            Helps the environment: if meat consumption is reduced, the environment benefits, since producing vegetables is more sustainable. On the other hand, to obtain animal products, too many resources are consumed and more pollution is generated.

3. It helps you maintain a healthy weight: thanks to this diet, your body will have less fat, which will help you with your figure.

4.            Better product quality: In the food industry meat is understood as a “product” and using that prism it is easy to understand that the higher the demand, the lower the quality of the product. On the other hand, if society as a whole reduces the demand for meat products, the quality of these products will increase notably.
